Completed in 2021, this Palm Beach house has modern Mediterranean architecture at 226 Merrain Road on the North End of town

Andrew Houlahan has enjoyed ‘a different dynamic’ in the lakefront co-op he renovated facing the Town Marina.

“Obviously as builders, we could have renovated. We’ve done numerous condos, but this was a perfect fit for her and in terrific condition,” Stephen Malasky says. “The prior sellers had it set up as an art gallery, and Lorraine’s artwork and important possessions fit beautifully.”

Making fewer visits to Palm Beach, a Swiss couple is reluctantly parting with their North End house at 221 Atlantic Avenue.

“I literally live outside,” says the homeowner about her lanai apartment, listed at about $1.5 million in the 2774 South Ocean building.

On the South End of town, condo 204N in the Sloan’s Curve development at 2000 S. Ocean Blvd. has three bedrooms and 3,280 square feet of interior space, plus a 511-square-foot balcony.

Vila and his wife, Diana Barrett, are parting with their remodeled-and-expanded lakeside estate at 690 Island Drive, which they bought nearly 20 years ago from the estate of her late parents.

Condo 402N at the Cove on the South End was redone with an open floorplan featuring rollout walls so the loft-like space can be adapted as needed.
