A consummate real estate professional with a passion for marketing and delivering unparalleled client services, Jennifer Govberg comes from a long tradition in high-end luxury sales. Her family’s businesses include a true Philadelphia icon, Govberg Jewelers, which opened on South Street in 1916. Her family has a longstanding involvement in real estate, too: the Philadelphia-based Govberg Realtors, which specializes in Temple University student housing.
Along with her Philadelphia connections — she lived near Villanova University before moving to South Florida in 2005 — Govberg, born and raised in Canada, maintains business affiliations in Quebec, Ontario and Canada’s west coast.
Widely traveled in the United States and abroad, she’s cultivates international associations in China, England, Hong Kong, Korea and Japan.
In addition, over the years, she’s developed a special real estate niche serving NBA and NFL sports clients. Detail oriented and an excellent negotiator, with an educational background in psychology, business, economics and marketing, Govberg’s global reach, expertise and experience coalesce to the benefit of her clients in their search for the perfect home.
Govberg attended the University of Western Ontario and the University of Windsor. I have some exciting news. As you know, my expertise is focused around luxury properties, and as of December, I have decided to move to a brand new company, Premier Listings, which is optimally located in Royal Palm Place, one block from Hyatt Place, in downtown Boca Raton.

She started her real estate career eight years ago, as the vice president at REDC and opened Red Crown Realty in 2009, where she managed the Florida office and oversaw five branch locations. In that time, she oversaw the closing of over 3,000 transactions and almost $400 million in sales.
