Sales Promo

To promote his business after a productive summer and prepare for the upcoming season, a local Realtor, who lists and sells luxury homes and condos, asked me to work on a press release and a direct-mail project highlighting a cluster of his sales. Following is a press release I created as well as a direct-mail project that I worked on with graphic designer Hanna Isotalo.

I have some exciting news. As you know, my expertise is focused around luxury properties, and as of December, I have decided to move to a brand new company, Premier Listings, which is optimally located in Royal Palm Place, one block from Hyatt Place, in downtown Boca Raton.

For Premier Listings, I will develop and lead Premier Listings Luxury, which I believe will be a really special luxury-home program that is sure to serve my clients exceptionally well, thanks to Premier Listings’ great platform, where clients are given outstanding opportunities and offered access to brilliant marketing strategies.

Let me tell you why I am excited about Premier Listings. The company’s broker owner, Jordana Tobel, is very experienced. She started her real estate career eight years ago, as the vice president at REDC and opened Red Crown Realty in 2009, where she managed the Florida office and oversaw five branch locations. Next, she went on to Carrington Real Estate Services, where she built its largest branch. In a five-year period, her office grew from five to 80 agents. In that time, she oversaw the closing of over 3,000 transactions and almost $400 million in sales.

Tobel created Premier Listings as a way to offer true partnerships to its agents, providing business planning, coaching, leads, appointments, and digital marketing assistance.

For buyers, Premier Listings offers a portal into the MLS that is 100 percent accurate, as it updates every five minutes. On its site, buyers can save properties, make notes on homes they like, and request showings.

For sellers, Premier Listings offers a unique approach to reach as many qualified buyers as possible through campaigns that includes a strategic plan to create buzz around the sellers’ homes through events, social media, ads and more.

Besides specializing in Boca Raton Properties, Premier listings reach extends from the coastal towns of Ft. Lauderdale, all the way north through Vero Beach.

Profile

marie mangoutaWith resiliency comes trust. Every situation causes a person to grow stronger, Marie Mangouta believes. And as a result of her unique multicultural upbringing with times of drastic change, she’s acquired many important life lessons, which she’s taken to heart. When Mangouta makes a business commitment, she sees it through. Her clients can trust that they can count on her. She’ll produce the results she’s promised. She does what it takes.

Marie Mangouta, born in Russia and raised in Congo, spent time as a young child in New York City when her father served as Congo’s Economic Counselor. As a result, Mangouta is trilingual; she speaks Russian, French and English. On her own, she came to the United States from Congo when she was 16 years old and completed high school. A scholarship student at University of Central Florida with a B.A. in communications and coursework in accounting, finance and marketing, she graduated top of her class. She spent her first years out of school working for Dean Witter, Morgan Stanley Dean Witter, and Salomon Smith Barney. At that time, she was introduced to the world of real estate development, formed a strong interest in it, and obtained her real estate license. Following that period, as a mom with a young child, she cultivated her entrepreneurial spirit and ran her own business, a franchise company, Cartridge World. Later, returning to real estate, she partnered with real estate agent, Senada Adzem, formerly vice president of Trump International and entrusted with training the winners from Trump’s reality series, “The Apprentice.” Mangouta opened, recruited agents, and ran Douglas Elliman’s first Palm Beach County office, which, in its first year, generated over $50 million in sales, making it the top producing office in South Florida.

After launching that office, Mangouta was recruited to lead the sales team for the iconic beachfront Regalia Miami, a $350 million project, where she worked closely with developers Louis Montello and Kevin Venger. There, her finance background served her well. While Boca Raton properties handled by Douglas Elliman sold at $3 million, Regalia properties started at $8 million, and her duties included analyzing sales and timing price increases. After Regalia’s successful sellout, Marie Mangouta was hired as vice president of operations for Venegas International Group, whose clients include the developers of Chateau Beach in Sunny Isles, a $400-million project, and Fendi Chateau, in Surfside, a $500-million project.

While Marie Mangouta is on track professionally, she also has important personal goals. Loved ones hold a significant place in her life. She has two children, and she spends quality time with them. Also, she has strong bonds with family and friends in Africa, Russia, and other parts of the world, whom she makes a priority to see regularly. Marie Mangouta is a proud supporter of The Cystic Foundation and has previously served on the Fort Lauderdale’s Finest Gala committee which honors young professionals for their success in business, outstanding leadership and their fundraising commitment to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
